ART Realty was founded in 2008 by two veterans of real estate with a simple purpose: Offer the public a better way to buy and sell homes. This purpose is accomplished by implementing three key philosophies:

First is to effectively embrace modern forms of communication and technology to help people sell and find homes.

Second is to offer an up to date commission structure that reflects how we’ve embraced modern times. This structure benefits buyers and sellers by being predictable and fair while also providing a justifiable incentive to an agents to work effectively and efficiently.

Third is to trust our local brokers and agents to properly monitor and service their own communities. There is no way we can be as effective in understanding your community from a corporate headquarters as they can by living there. So, we don’t take commissions from them which keeps house prices and commissions fair for you without taking away from their ability to earn a living by doing good honest business.
